When you are ready to submit your film, either through Google Share (please view the Film Submission tab for directions) or by dropping off a flash drive at New Castle’s Recreation Department, you need to fill out an Entry Form and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you are submitting more than one film, you MUST fill out an entry form for each film. The Entry Form can be found below in this post; download it and fill it out. Once the form is completed, send a pdf or a jpeg of the form to email@example.com. Please make sure that you and your parent/guardian (if under 18) have signed the form.
It is also your sole responsibility to receive written permission from any actor(s) that appear in your film (and their parent/guardian, if applicable). Below the Entry Form, you will find an Authorization Form that you can download. An Authorization Form should be completed by each actor that appears in your film. The Authorization Forms do not need to be submitted but you should keep them in a secure place in case we need to request them from you.
